1. About These Terms
Daniele Bonora is an online store operated by Gomerchantsolutions Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17322088. The document below (the “Terms”) explains the rules that apply whenever you visit our website or buy from it, including all of its pages, features, services and products (together, the “Store”).
Placing an order or simply browsing the Store means you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and that you accept both. Please do not use the Store if you are not willing to be bound by them.
2. Who May Order From Us
Purchases may only be made by customers who are 18 years old or over. Submitting an order is taken as confirmation that you meet that age requirement.
Whenever you buy from us or write to our team, the details you provide must be truthful, complete and current. Where the Store is misused, or where these Terms are broken, we may limit or withdraw your access.
3. Customer Accounts
Certain parts of the Store may ask you to create an account. Your sign-in details are yours alone to protect, and everything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Accounts are personal. They cannot be handed over, sold or shared. Where someone gains access because credentials were not kept safe, that is not something we can be held responsible for.
4. Orders and Payment
Every order we receive is an offer that remains subject to our acceptance and to stock being available. We are entitled to decline, cap or cancel any order at our own discretion — for instance where it looks fraudulent, has been duplicated, or conflicts with these Terms.
Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout and can be revised at any point without advance notice. Completing a purchase gives us your authorisation to charge the payment method you selected for the whole order value, taxes and delivery charges included.
5. Product Details, Stock and Pricing
Items in the Store may be sold online only and in restricted quantities. Descriptions, prices and availability can be changed, and products can be withdrawn entirely, at any moment and without notice.
We put real care into describing our products accurately. Even so, the colour, texture or finish you see on a screen may not be an exact match for the item in your hands.
6. Dispatch and Delivery
Independent carriers handle the delivery of our parcels. Any timeframe we quote is an estimate to guide you and is not a guarantee.
Delays that stem from a carrier’s performance, customs clearance, an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely, or any other event beyond our reasonable control, are not within our responsibility.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for 30 days counted from the day your delivery arrives. Anything sent back must be unused, unworn, undamaged and packed in the packaging it came in.
Begin a return by writing to contact@danielebonora.com. The cost of returning an item sits with the customer, unless what arrived was faulty or was not what you ordered.
Once a return has reached us and passed inspection, an approved refund is released to the original payment method within 7 days.
8. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your parcel turns up damaged or the item inside is faulty, contact us without delay, describing the problem and attaching photographs of it. We will review what happened and, where it is warranted, arrange a replacement, a refund or another appropriate outcome.
9. Tools and Services Provided by Others
The Store may give you access to software, tools or integrations belonging to third parties. Anything of that kind is offered “as is”, with no warranty attached.
Those services are outside our control, we do not take responsibility for them, and we are not liable for anything that follows from your use of them.
10. Links to Other Websites
You may find links on the Store that lead to websites run by other organisations. They are there purely as a convenience. We neither endorse nor monitor those sites and take no responsibility for their content, products or services.
11. Material You Send Us
Reviews, comments, ideas and any other material you send our way may be used by us without restriction. In submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, copy, adapt and distribute it.
Nothing obliges us to keep such submissions confidential or to pay for them.
12. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Store in order to:
- break any law or regulation that applies to you;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights;
- supply information that is false or misleading;
- harass, abuse or cause harm to another person;
- send malware or any other damaging code;
- gather personal data without the consent of the person concerned;
- tamper with our security measures or the integrity of our systems.
Where this section is breached, your access may be suspended or ended immediately.
13. Errors and Corrections
Occasionally the Store may show information that is wrong or out of date — a price, a promotion, a description or a stock figure. We keep the right to correct such material and to refresh information whenever necessary, without giving notice first.
14. No Warranties
The Store, along with every product and service made available through it, is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We give no warranty of any kind, express or implied — this includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, and of non-infringement. Use of the Store is at your own risk.
15. Limits on Our Liability
So far as the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages connected with your use of the Store or its products, or with your being unable to use them.
That exclusion covers, among other things, lost profits, lost data and lost business opportunities.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us and to hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses that arise because you breached these Terms or misused the Store.
17. Suspension and Termination
Where these Terms have been breached, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Store at any time and without notice.
Obligations that already existed at the moment of termination remain in force afterwards.
18. If Part of These Terms Cannot Apply
Should any clause of these Terms be found unlawful or unenforceable, every other clause continues to apply in full.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by, and are to be read in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, setting aside any conflict-of-law rules.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms whenever we need to. Whatever version appears on this page is the one in force. By continuing to use the Store you accept the changes made.
