Where We Ship

Daniele Bonora delivers to addresses inside the United States only. We do not offer international shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

How Long Delivery Takes

The time until your parcel arrives is made up of two parts — the time we need to prepare the order, and the time the carrier needs to move it.

Shipping Transit	3–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
Total Estimated Delivery	4–9 business days

Orders that reach us before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a working day go into processing the same day. Anything placed later than that, or over a weekend or public holiday, starts processing on the next business day. Checking and packing your order are part of the processing window.

Parcel Protection and Lost Shipments

Parcel insurance is included with every shipment at no extra cost. Should the tracking show no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, write to contact@danielebonora.com and we will open a lost package investigation.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves us, a dispatch confirmation goes out containing your tracking number and a tracking link, so the parcel can be followed from dispatch right through to delivery.

Delivery Problems

Held up in transit? Packaging damaged on arrival? A delivery attempt missed? Contact our customer support straight away — shipping issues are something we deal with quickly.
